40N3L is an updated and mechanically improved 3-element antenna with shortened elements. Driver-reflector layout.
Shortening is made using linear conductors - loops included in a section of each half of the element.
We strengthened the central parts of the elements with 35 and 30mm diam. pipes.

• The wires of the linear load are made of durable bimetallic wire BSM-1. The same wires play the role of the element guying in the vertical plane.
• New dimensions - elements have a length of 15.6 m. The length of the boom is 10.5 m.
• he input resistance of the antenna is about 50 Ω. The 50-ohm coaxial cable is connected to the terminals of the vibrator directly or through the symmetrical transformer BU-113 or similar.
• Easy to assemble and adjust.
