40N2L is a two-element antenna with shortened elements: driver - reflector.
Shortening is made using linear conductors - loops included in a section of each half of the element.

  • Linear load wires are made of durable bimetallic wire BSM-1. The same wires play the role of the element guying in the vertical plane.
  • Elements have a length of 13.5 m. The length of the boom is 7.3 m.
  • The input resistance of the antenna is close to 50 Ω. 
  • The 50-ohm coaxial cable is connected to the terminals of the vibrator directly or through the 1:1 balun.
  • Easy to assemble and adjust.

Gain at 22m height: 10.8 dBi
F/B: 15 dB
SWR: 1.6-1.1-1.5 (7.000-7.050-7.100)

  • Shipped in one box (2005x200x160mm). Weight is 22 kg.
  • Delivery set includes antenna to mast mounting plate with U-bolts and a boom guy with 2 turnbuckles.
  • Acceptable reduction unit is similar to Yaesu G-800 or AlfaSpid RAU.
