AD-448 - is the new full-size antenna for 20, 15 and 10 meters bands – advanced development of one of the most popular and successfull designs - AD-335-V2.. AD-448 - antenna for those who wants to be first in the rare DX pileup, loud from any corner of the Earth or confidently go to the contest winning.
It took a lot of time and effort to simulate and optimize the parameters of the antenna, choose the best materials, and test it on the air.
- 4 elements for 20 m, 4 elements for 15 m and 8 elements for 10 m.
- Boom length - 10 m.
- Direction patterns of the AD-448 are clearly expressed on each band.
- High gain, optimal F/B and F/S ratios.
- Low SWR in all bands. Full-size elements and a carefully selected optimal distance between them provide a wide band and high efficiency of the antenna.
- Vibrators are connected by a hard line of pipes. Feeding the antenna - one 50-ohm coaxial cable.
- Delivery set includes antenna to mast mounting plate with U-bolts and a boom guy with 2 turnbuckles.
- Shipped in two boxes (2005x220x160mm). Weight is 45 kg.
It is recommended to connect coaxial cable through BALUN 1:1.
