Triangular aluminium sectional towers

The section is an equilateral triangle with a side of 300 or 400 mm (this size can be changed at the request of the customer).

The mast is collected using bolts and self-locking stainless steel nuts, which eliminates the corrosion of the mast elements. The bolting compound makes the mast very durable, while maintaining some elasticity. One of the striking examples of such an engineering solution is the Eiffel Tower in Paris. Also, many bridges and other responsible structures are built with the help of bolts.

Sections are delivered disassembled in compact packaging. Small weight and volume - convenience of transportation.

Installation of the mast does not cause much difficulties. The mast mounting plate is installed on the concreted anchor. The plate can also be installed on the roof of the buildings.

The mast mount is equipped with a rotary hinge. The plate is set in level in a perfectly horizontal position using special nuts installed on anchors.

A three-meter section of 300 mm width weighs 8.5 kg. It is easy to calculate that a mast 12 m high weighs only 34 kg, 15 m - 43 kg.

The assembled mast up to 12 m high easily rises from the horizontal to a vertical position with two adults. When lifting a mast of more than 12 m high, it is recommended to use a gin pole.

The upper section of the tower can be equipped with mast for installing antenna or other reinforcement for antennas or devices.

Sectional towers with elevator

The mast may be equipped with a special elevator for lifting one or more antennas.

Two sites (D16T material) for the rotor (Yaesu or other) and the radial bearing are installed on the elevator. The elevator rises with manual or electric winch.

Guy wires are attached to the very top of the mast. When lifting the antennas, guy wires can hang along the mast, passing the elements of the antenna, and after lifting are installed in a regular position.

The elevator is equipped with a lock, which works on the upper section, fixing the antennas at a height. It is recommended to attach the cable to the elevator for the elevation of the cable route. After lifting, the cable is strained along the mast with a turnbuckle. Thus, now there is no need to climb the mast for installation or to adjust antennas. It is enough to lower the elevator with the antennas and carry out the necessary work at the Earth level. The safety and convenience of such a system is undeniable.

The weight of construction is another important advantage. A three-meter section (side 300 mm) weighs only 8.5 kg! And the strength and reliability of the construction allows you to place the antennas on the mast with a total wind area of 130 sq.m.
